Burying them deep inside (my mind)
Burning veins bleed through my skin
Memories blurring from past to present
I cannot stop the madness
It rips through my soul
Years I’ve held on to its heavy toll
A shame I deserve
A timeline I decline
Everything out of control
I wish I could just let you know
Regrets follow my shadows
Staying just one step behind me
Never releasing me from my fear
Building brick by brick, year by year
A self mutilation punishment
Built within all my torment
